Dice the bacon or ham, and fry gently in olive oil or butter. Add the onions and add a splash of white wine or vegetable bouillon. Add a dash of cream, binding with flour if necessary. Season, and add the peas. Bring to the boil; the pasta takes about 9 minutes to cook. Serve with or without grated cheese.
Peel and grate 2 or 3 raw beetroots. Add the blackberry vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, then add salad spices to the salad bowl. Peel the onions, slice into thin rounds. Pour salad oil and hemp oil over the salad.
Lastly, add the bay leaf and leave everything in the fridge for a while (preferably overnight).
